Shipping & Returns
Under normal circumstances, any order received before 3:00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day subject to security checks and availability.
We automatically calculate the available carriage
options based on the total value of the whole order. These rates apply
to the UK mainland including Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
• Orders under £20.00 are sent via standard 2-3 day delivery at a price of £1.99.
• Orders between £20.00 and £40.00 are sent via standard 2-3 day delivery at a price of £3.99.
• Orders between £40.00 and £60.00 are sent via standard 2-3 day delivery at a price of £4.99.
• For all orders under £60.00, there is an upgrade option available for usually next day delivery at a price of £7.99.

Orders over £60.00 are sent via next day delivery at a price of £7.99.
There is no cheaper 2-3 day delivery option available due to the
increased insurance required to cover the orders price.
• For orders
of a large number of bags the carriage charge can only be calculated
once the order is received, this is due to the large size and weight of
the order. Once we have calculated the cost, we shall contact you to
confirm the charge.
• Customers from outside of the UK mainland may
complete their order online, however, the carriage charge can only be
calculated once the order is received, this is due to the varying costs
of carriage outside of the UK mainland. Once we have calculated the
cost, we shall contact you to confirm the charge.

A
signature is required for Courier delivery, so to avoid disappointment,
specify a delivery address where someone will be in during the day to
sign for it. Perhaps use your work address as your delivery address.
Please note, if a bag is returned to us via our courier because there
was nobody available to sign for the delivery, you may be subjected to
pay the return price charged to us from the courier.
N.B. All delivery times only apply to in-stock items that are available for immediate despatch.
We offer a 7 day 'No quibble' money back guarantee, however the following terms do apply. We must either receive or have notice of the goods being returned within 7 days of delivery.
Returned
goods must be in perfect condition and original packaging with all tags
attached. Goods that do not comply with this may not be returned or
will be subject to a 20% reduction as the goods will have to be sold as
shop soiled at a reduced price. A copy of the receipt with a short note
as to what is required must be
included in the package. You are strongly advised to send your package
by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain
sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. You are advised
to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any
damage incurred during transit.
Postage
and wrapping charges cannot be refunded unless the product was returned
because of an error made by World of Bags or if the product was faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Although we would be
happy to exchange (Subject to availability) any product that proves to
be unsuitable for your requirements. All returns will be subject to a
charge to cover the original carriage cost. Any item being returned
after our 7 day 'No quibble' guarantee may be rejected or incurr a 20%
restocking charge.
